An EU-based company
Bol.com works with sellers based in the EU. If your business is based outside the EU, a Dutch BV gives you the EU company you need. Check Bol.com's current seller requirements before you apply, as they can change.
Delivery and customer service
Bol.com sets requirements for delivery times, returns and response times to customer questions. You can ship yourself or use Bol.com's own fulfilment service, Logistiek via bol (LVB).
VAT and invoices
Your sales on Bol.com are subject to VAT, usually Dutch or Belgian VAT depending on the customer and the sale. Bol.com also invoices you for commissions and fulfilment, with VAT that you can usually deduct.
Bookkeeping
Bol.com pays out periodically, after deducting commissions and fees. We connect your Bol.com account to your bookkeeping, so every payout is broken down into revenue, fees and VAT automatically.
